Meet Jess at BD – an apprenticeship at a young age doesn’t have to be daunting!
Jess joined BD straight from school and thought that starting an apprenticeship at such a young age could feel intimidating but she was delighted to find the team at BD was very welcoming and supportive. Jess reached her 4th year of apprenticeship as a Toolroom Engineer in 2021 and feels like she really makes a difference in her work and has gained great confidence.
