See Inside the Factory!

Aldermans created a web page with the layout of their factory – here you can explore the role each area plays in the manufacturing process and the products they make – check it out here:

Inside the Factory

Aldermans were commissioned to design and manufacture metal bed feet for Vispring which they fit to their luxury beds.

Handrails

Next time you are on a minibus – take a look at the metal handrails – Alderman Tooling may have made them!

This photo shows some minibus handrails being powder coated yellow at the factory. Powder coating not only adds a finish colour to the metal shape but performs an important job of protecting the metal too.

Metal Brackets and Plates

Aldermans produces metal brackets and plates which go into specialist chairs, used by people with limited mobility.

Read about the project here.

Metal Cabinets

Aldermans also make complete pieces of metal furniture. For example, they manufacture computer cabinets, which are used by a big social media company.

This picture shows some folded parts to be used in the IT sector.

Fashion Retailer Displays

Shaped metal is all around you in a fashion retail store. Next time you are in a clothes shop, think about shapes of clothing rails and the shoe display areas. This is the type of metal work Aldermans can create to bring a fashion store to life.

This picture shows Aldermans’ work in a high-end department store.

Visitor Attraction Retail Displays
